Part Time Admin Finance Assistant

Perform daily administrative tasks and assist Manager with Admin Related Matters.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, circular and forms.
- Assist in the generate or preparation of regularly scheduled invoice.
- Process all payment types such as cash, checks, debit, or credit and issue receipt.
- Attend payment and provide followup.
- Resolve administrative problems
- Petty cash claims processing
- Payment voucher preparation
- Payment to suppliers
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- Prepare timely and accurate report to management
- In-charge of office's stationery purchase, issuing, stock-check, etc.
- Responsibilities of office movements and propose solutions.
**Requirements**:
- The ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are often outside of your control.
- Relevant Administration certifications or experiences.
- At least 1 year working experience in related field
- Independent, Initiative, self-motivated with good personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Organised, teamwork, Self-motivation and can work under pressured
- Ability to define problems, analytical and able to generate creative solutions
- Honesty and hardworking
