- 處理傳入和傳出的信件,包括電子郵件、電話和郵件。
- 維護組織系統和資料庫以確保高效率的工作流程。
- 協助實施和執行公司政策和程序,以維持安全和有效率的工作環境。

**人力資源:**
- 支援人力資源職能,例如招募、入職和離職流程。
- 協助維護員工記錄,包括出席、休假和績效評估。
- 協調員工的訓練和發展活動。
- 協助管理員工福利和薪資流程。
- 處理員工有關人力資源政策、程序和福利的詢問。

**優先資格、經驗和技能**
- 最低學位持有者。
- 兩 (2) 年秘書或辦公室管理員經驗。最好具有銷售管理支援背景。
- 擅長電腦操作,尤其是 MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)
- 擅長數字
- 要求熟練英語口語和書面能力
- 精通中文口語(國語、粵語等)、馬來語口語及書寫能力者優先
