E-commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Site Giant, Tik Tok Shop and more.
- Ensure that product listings are consistently updated, accurate, and visually appealing to attract potential customers.
- Monitor platform performance, identify trends, and propose strategies to enhance sales and overall customer experience.
- Create and maintain product listings with persuasive content, encompassing product descriptions, images, and crucial details.
- Aggressively develop new platform opportunity to grow e-commerce sales.
- Conduct keyword research and employ optimization techniques to elevate visibility and ranking on e-commerce platforms' search results.
- Continuously update and manage stock inventory levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely customer deliveries.
- Utilize paid advertising tools and strategies to amplify product listings and increase visibility.
- Analyze advertising performance and ROI, making necessary adjustments to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to maintain our products' competitiveness.
- Recommend pricing adjustments based on market dynamics and our company's objectives.
- Responsively address customer inquiries and feedback on e-commerce platforms with professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to uphold a positive brand image.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experiences, preferable experience in e-commerce platform such as Shopee and Lazada.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and FMCG products especially beauty and supplement category.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as digital marketing advertising - CPASS.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and compelling content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Fast learner, growth mindset, ability to work independent and multitask while being detail oriented.
- Adaptability to meet tight deadlines and performing well under pressure.
- Proficient in language Mandarin, English, Malay and strong communication skills
- Possess own transport.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
