Are you a motivated _**Gen Z **_professional eager to kickstart a promising career in sales? We seek an energetic Sales Development Executive to join our thriving team. **Your Mission**
1. _Lead Generation_
Establish and expand a network of potent customer contacts to fuel lead development.
2. _Lead Development_
Transform these contacts into qualified leads ready for opportunity creation by our Account Managers.
3. _Sales Growth_
Drive and enhance Run-Rate sales through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
**Your Role**
1. Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to unearth new customer engagements.
2. Engagement
3. Efficiency
Keep the customer and funnel databases meticulously updated, ensuring seamless and clear lead transitions to Account Managers.
4. Innovation
Continually seek out new IT tools and ideas to refine the sales development process.
**Expected Outcomes**
1. _Expand Customer Base_
Significantly increase the volume of new qualified customer contacts and leads.
2. _Sales Performance_
Elevate Run-Rate sales by effectively converting contacts to leads.
**What You Bring**
1. _Educational Background_
Degree/Diploma with a passion for continuous learning.
2. _Experience_
1-2 years in sales development or inside sales, preferably in IT or automation.
3. _Communication Skills_
Proficient in Mandarin and adept at communicating across multiple platforms.
4. _Customer Focus_
A solid commitment to customer service, with excellent listening and presentation skills.
5. _Team Spirit_
A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
