1) Job Purpose
- Attend to all sales enquiries in any sales events, roadshow and sales gallery.
- To meet the sales target set by the management.
- Assist purchasers to obtain end financing for their property purchase.
- To give sales support to the appointed real estate agency.
- To closely follow up with all the leads that generated by company’s marketing activities. To

submit report on regular basis.
- Maintaining of the sales office and show units and ensure they are in tip top conditions.
- Any other assignment related to sales and marketing assigned from time to time.

2) Principal Accountabilities

Meeting of Sales target
- Close follow up with all the leads that generated during the sales events, roadshow & etc. so that can achieve sales target set by the Management.

Maintaining of sales office and show units
- To coordinate with other departments in maintenance services.
- File complaint to the relevant department when found any defects or rectification works is required.
- To obtain latest interest rate / package update from bankers.

General
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

**Qualification**

**Level of Education**:SPM/ Diploma / Degree in any field or equivalent.

**Years of Experience**:At least 1 year working experience in Sales

**Discipline/Related Field**:
Good interpersonal, communication & customer service skill.

General Knowledge in property rules & regulations / guidelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
