**Responsibilities**
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks outlined by Manager, & follow up on the tasks assigned in timely and accurate manner;
- Ensure the tasks/assignments are work within the company’s SOP, guidelines, Policies and Matrix framework;
- Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operational process;
- Respond in a friendly, professional and timely manner to all customer/channels/touch points/branches enquiries
- Provide customers/agents with accurate, relevant and useful information with regards to MTA’s products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in any field;
- Must have at least 1 years of relevant working experiences;
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply;
- Good command in the usage of Microsoft Office software in the likes of Microsoft Words/Excel/Power Point;
- Willing to work on shift basis and on weekends/PH;
- Willing to be based at Jalan Hang Lekiu, KL office.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
