Interact with suppliers on a daily basis.
- Manage procurement activities, including issuing Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Arrange courier services for the pickup or delivery of parcels or documents.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that the company gets the best delivery, cost, and quality on purchased materials.
- Generate purchase orders (POs) after they have been approved by the relevant parties.
- Follow up on orders to ensure that materials are delivered on the promised dates.
- Conduct purchasing activities.
- Prepare delivery orders (DOs), invoices, and consignments for customers.
- Provide support to the sales and operations teams, including setting appointments and coordinating work.
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
