**Responsibilities**:
- Support internal Admin Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
- Assist in data compliance checks/audits on employees' personal files.
- Manage data for various internal systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in handling HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship experience in Human Resources is an advantage.
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-provided transportation is required.

Contract length: 3 - 9 months
