We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage our company’s full set of accounts. An Accounts Executive’s responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, invoice billing, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background, be familiar with accounts bookkeeping and will need to keep track of the payment collection and liaise with clients for the same to ensure outstanding ageing is down to zero. Ultimately, you shall ensure all financial transactions are accurately processed in timely manner and will be responsible for financial reporting and analyzing financial statements to ensure efficient and accurate reporting to the Management.

**Job duties and Responsibilities**:

- Able to handle full sets of accounts including ad-hoc budget flow checking & preparation.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
- Do necessary follow ups with clients for payments.
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
- Prepare Cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
- Prepare payment requisition for Management’s weekly banking transaction.
- Reconcile financial statements, prepare to send and store invoices.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
- Year-end audit preparation.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the corporate accounts & finance / audit firm industry will be an added advantage
- Competency in English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin languages (optional)
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and Auto-count Accounting Software
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about accounts & finance field
- Positive attitude and good at interpersonal skills
- Good time management
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Ability to work well under pressure

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
