1. Prepares all relevant document for progress claim with supporting documents and submits.

2. To attend site meetings, inspection and discussion and to highlight problems or discrepancies.

3. To attend site inspections and checking on works and to fill the inspection form.

4. To prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client

6. To assists Contract Manager to carry out final inspection and hand-over documentation, including ensuring that all as-built drawings are prepared for submission to the relevant authorities, where required upon completion of the project.

7. To assists in cost estimation, quantity take-off and tendering exercises.

8. Preparing and analyzing cost comparison.

9. Assists Contract Manager in the Tender process and keeps track on each of the progress claim submitted

10. Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labour, material and sub-contractor cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets adhered to.

11. To assists Contract Manager to prepare or check sub-contractor claim

12. Attend site valuation and prepare progress report.

13. Prepared method of statement.

14. To prepare variation orders and cost impact estimates.

15. Assisting in cost estimation, quantity take-off and tendering exercises.

16. Preparing and analyzing cost comparison.
