1.1 To take charge of project and carry out contract administration duties as below:

- 1.1.1 Attend site meetings

1.1.2 Taking off

1.1.3 Invite and negotiate with subcontractors for preparation of subcontract award comparison.

1.1.4 Prepare Letter of Award to Subcontractors.

1.1.5 Prepare subcontractor’s Certificate of Payment including day works if applicable.

1.1.6 To ensure items and quantities claimed by the subcontractor are in accordance to contract awarded and the actual work done at the site by referring to Site Agent / Project Manager Comments.

1.1.7 To verify the Day work claims submitted by the Site Agent and ensure that back-charges is carried out accordingly.

1.1.8 Prepare for material Sample Submission and follow up on approval.

1.1.9 Submit variation order quotation, claim and follow up for certification by Consultant / Client.

1.1.10 Draft contractual correspondence

1.1.11 Review Contract documents.

1.1.12 Verify subcontractor’s Certificate of Payment.

1.2 To attend joint evaluation of progress claim with Senior if necessary.

1.3 To carry out joint site measurement with sub-contractors.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 07/01/2024
