**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**(Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas)**:

- To carry out other duties which may be assigned by the Supervisor/Management from time to time.
- To conduct pre-sales presentation with potential clients to determine high level technical and business requirements information gathering.
- To prepare sales kit, proposal, and assist on scope of work documentation for business benefits to client.
- Assist to conduct business analysis and other tasks to understand customer requirements.
- Bridge communication between various project stakeholders to ensure deliverable are within specification and customer’s expectations, while keeping within agreed project scope and timeline/schedule
- Create & Maintain the documentation related to assigned project.
- Work closely with internal team across different departments to ensure delivery of solution.
- Escalate to relevant parties when additional resources required or hiccups to meet project objectives.
- Prepare suitable presentation by verticals.
- Prepare commercial proposal and consolidate with technical functional study.
- Lead and manage on overall project including billings and delivery.
- Cross selling solutions with all range of products, solutions and services the group of companies and others that recommended
- Prospecting by verticals and co-prospecting with key account managers. - Proactively monitor on continuous enhancement of assigned solution.

**JOB REQUIREMENT / SPECIFICATIONS**:
**(Academic, Work Exposures, Skills Required, Personal Characters, etc)**
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English (oral and written) ability to read, write and converse in a second major language would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge on technical and analysis insights to gather feedback.
- Possessing a proactive problem-solving approach to comprehensively grasp client needs and analyze them using industry-leading practices.
- Able to withstand pressure and handle stress.
- Experiences in handling customer supports, handling all walks of background, issue handling and never say no attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
