・Actively pursue growth and business expansion opportunities in Warehouse/Logistics and distribution Services by developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
・Attend to the needs of the customers - both business and operations - to build and maintain high customer satisfaction.
・Achieve Key Performance Indicators set by the Logistics Product Head.
・Support in the preparation, presentation, and follow-up on Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotations (RFQ).
・Execute day-to-day sales activities, which include sales visitation, updating new business potentials / sharing up potentials in the system, feedback on customer performance, satisfaction, AR Outstanding statuses, and progress of business development activities.
・Communicate clearly the customers’ requirements (operations, billing, communications, etc) to the Operations and Customer Service teams.

**Requirements**:
・ Diploma/Degree in any related discipline.
・ Minimum 2 years of Logistics Sales experience
・ With comprehensive knowledge of warehouse distribution operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management)
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English

**Additional Information**:

Working Location: Kelana Jaya, Selangor / Penang Island

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
