**Job Descriptions**
- Handling customer approach (via telephone) and manage customer complaints and response on timely manner.
- Develop strong relationship with customers for continued business opportunities and after sales follow up.
- Prepare and support quotation when necessary.
- Handling list of prospect to be prepared by Sales Personnel
- Coordinate and work closely with other department to resolve customer inquiries.
- To key in data into portal.
- Performing any other daily related duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Working experiences in Freight Forwarders/ Logistics Companies will be an added advantage.
- Required Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good communication, verbal and written skills
- Attentive to details and good data entry skills.
**Remuneration Packages**
Attractive salary package from **RM2,200 - RM3,500, **depending on qualification and experiences.
