**The day-to-day activities**:

- Provide support to sales representatives by creating leads and/or opportunities.
- Verification of opportunities and ensuring that all documentations (e.g.: licenses, menus) are valid for smooth merchant onboarding
- Coordinate with sales representatives to consolidate missing documentations (if any)
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in relation to onboarding and contracting processes
- Handles tickets and channel escalations and assigning them to the relevant stakeholders within SLA
- Minimally 3 - 5 years relevant work experience
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Learns quickly and is able to cope with a high learning curve
- Accountable and responsible for their work, highly meticulous, target-driven
- Flexible and is able to be quick on their feet to think of solutions for any issues that arises
- Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate with various internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
