Sales Support Executive

**Role Purpose**

Supply Chain Management is to coordinate the product & information flow across functions and across companies to achieve competitive advantage and profitability.

Alignments to the functional entities related to the planning, organization & control of products to provide for seamless coordination of products.

Dealing with the daily sales operation tasks to accomplish business goals. Be alert with any changes in the product portfolio, subsequently communicate the change to customers, sales reps, and team for efficient use of resources. Develop and coordinate multimedia packages-letters, brochures, video, posters, banners, for particular assignments. Ensure all sales support activity is executed within the timeline and budget given.

Proactively support the sales team with product, pricing, and technical information, sampling and etc.

Responsible for providing customer support to maintain and enhance existing business by effectively communicating customer support programs, policies and procedures. Responsible for the resolution of customer issues. Interact with employees from various functional areas in a professional manner, delivering complete and accurate information.

Requires ability to plan, organize, and prioritize efficiently in an environment of multiple and possibly shifting priorities. Must possess the ability to work independently and maintain personal responsibility for results. Must possess excellent communication & PR skill.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Logistics**
- Liaise with forwarding agents & freight forwarders on every shipment planning Compliance custom rules & regulations.- Ensure that all shipping & custom documentation is issued for every shipment.
- Review freight & transportation costs, and get the latest quote rates from forwarders.
**Customer Order Management**
- Initial contact with the customer on product enquiries and order placement
- Ensure customers credit standing and get payment from the customers before the delivery processed
- Prepared all the shipping documents and issued billing invoices
**SAP System Maintenance (Order to Cash)**:

- Maintain OTC delivery, shipping & billing modules in SAP
- Ensure Customer Collections are paid time
**Tracking**
- Monthly DSO & AR Ageing Tracking
**Sales Support**
- Assist in producing and issuing communications, both internally and externally to promote commercial activity, new product/product portfolio change, and other business activity updates etc.
- Work closely with the marketing team to initiate price updates whenever there is a change of the manufacturing cost and provide business advice to management with any changes of the profit margin of products. Update pricing in both system and server for Supply Chain invoicing and tracking purposes. Issue price lists to new distributors and update price lists for existing distributors, as well as Standard Price List on a country basis.
- Coordinate selling process for sales team and other sales support activities. Proactively support the sales team in order for them to deliver sales result effectively.
- Ability to provide technical or product information, sampling, sales tools to support sales reps activity.
- Manage product quality questions from sales, and interact with QA, R&D, and manufacturing team when necessary to gain more detailed answers.
- Assist the sales team in nurturing the sales leads whenever necessary.
- Sales support activity for Scientific product market expansion and key account management across Asia.
**Customer Technical Support**
- Attend to customers/prospects enquiries and ensure that their requests are fulfilled on time. Effectively handle customers’ queries on products performance and other requests as before and after-sales support.
- Provide customer service and technical support to customers and prospects to better support their requirements and enable them to leverage our product knowledge to effectively deliver sales results. To answer all the product-related enquiry and follow up with the sales leads effectively and endeavor to obtain sales orders from the sales leads.
- Product Defective Complaints
- Attend defective complaints receive from distributors/end users and ensure all these complaints are recorded in SalesForce. Provide instant response to seller when come across the questions/request., or direct deal with end-users if needed to understand and feedback to ECM/Regulatory and related stakeholder.
- Handle complaints with a professional and positive manner, and take it as continuous improvement and enhance learning opportunities.
- Follow up and resubmit again if end-user requires more details after investigation summary provide.
- Coordinate with 3 rd party testing body to conduct various tests on products and negotiate for a competitive package.
**Qualifications and Experience**
