Sales Support Coordinator

Manage quotation process and ensure timely processing of orders.
- Liaise with clients to ensure all necessary documents are in order for authority submission.
- Collaborate closely with management on sales goals, project planning or forecast.
- Organize and maintain sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries/needs and provide support with detailed information.
- Ensure the sales support process are carried out in order and in compliance with the department SOP.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
**Requirement**:
- Minimum SPM level
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in customer service/sales support role
- Computer literate
- Experience in Solar Energy Industry will be an added advantage
- Independent, Self-Initiative, Responsible & Committed personality
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese will be a plus point
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
