**Job Descriptions**:

- Coordinate and liaise with sales team for new business implementation, claims and/or disputes/issues.
- Responsible for quotation handling including costing and pricing.
- Keep regular contact with customers to maintain good relationships and provide advice to their enquiries.
- Develop and manage business development procedures and related documentation as per the companies/customers
- Prepare reports including weekly sales pipeline reports per Management’s requirements.
- Monitor industry service prices and cost structures.
- Obtain ad-hoc costing from service providers and ocean cost from carriers.
- Onboard new customer accounts and update quotations, contracts, costing in Company’s ERP system and ensure proper documentation in an audit-proof manner.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min 3 years of relevant experience in sales support
- Experience in the third-party logistics, freight forwarding sector is required

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
