Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities 1. Oversee the full cycle of sales. 2. Ensure smooth operation such as scheduling appointments (Pre-sale). 3. Service and maintain good relationship between our trusted customers and homeowners (Post-sales). 4. Familiarize yourself with all our company products. 5. Conduct market research and telemarketing tasks. 6. Other duties as and when assigned. Job Requirements 1. Interest/experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus. 2. Fluency in English is a must. Conversational in BM and Mandarin is preferable. 3. Excellent time management, communication and negotiation skills. 4. Proactive, results-oriented, and positive. 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation. 8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally. 9. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 10. Knowledge of sales processes, customer service principles, and sales administration. 11. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. 12. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.
