We're on the hunt for a people-loving individual to join us as our Assistant Outlet Manager.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed
- Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
- Prepare shift schedules
- Supervise front-of-house team and provide assistance, as needed
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
- Train all employees on steps of service, sequence of service and hold them accountable to the standards
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
- Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service operations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Actively improving cafe standards by providing relevant information such as guest feedback
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to overall operations
- Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
- Building and maintaining relationships with guests
- Demonstrate a true passion for guest service by proactively seeking ways to surprise and delight guests, always going above and beyond
- Liaise closely with guests who intend to host / organize events in the cafe to ensure smooth execution of intended effect by guests requirements
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Achieve continual growth for cafe's team development, cafe's physical shop maintenance and cafe's revenue to attain a successful business model

Job Requirements
- At least five years of professional hospitality experience and, preferably, two years in an established hotel
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management preferred
- Fluent in english and working proficiency of mandarin and bahasa
- Guest-oriented and people-first mindset
- Competent with various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
- Strong track records in delivering service excellence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
