Area Outlet Manager

Play a critical role in driving the success of multiple outlets within assigned area. They are responsible for ensuring consistent operational standard, achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork across the outlets under their supervision.

**Team management & communication**
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the area team, outlet supervisors, and other departments or stakeholders.Part
- icipating in meetings, conference calls, and training sessions to align strategies and share best practices.
**Sales and performance analysis**
- Analyzing sales data, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each outlet.
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implementing strategies and action plans to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring outlet performance, sales targets, and operational metrics to drive productivity and profitability.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained across all outlets within the area.
- Monitoring customer feedback and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Promoting and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
**Outlet operation management**
- Overseeing the operations of multiple outlets within a designated area.
- Ensuring that outlets adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Overseeing inventory control processes across the outlets, including stock replenishment, stock accuracy and inventory optimization.
- Collaborating with logistics team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Collaborating with outlet managers and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand representation and attractive product display.
**Outlet compliance and loss prevention**
- Ensuring outlets adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies related to safety, and loss prevention.
- Implementing loss prevention measures to minimize theft, inventory shrinkage, and operational risks.
- Managing the financial performance of the area by monitoring sales, expenses, and profit margins.
- Taking appropriate actions to control costs, improve profitability, and achieve financial targets.
**Team leadership & development**
- Managing and providing guidance to outlet supervisors and their teams.
- Setting performance expectations, conducting regular outlet visits, and providing feedback and coaching to improve outlet performance.
- Identifying training and development needs for outlet supervisors and facilitating training programs as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 years of managing on retail sales, café, hotel, or customer service experience is required
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent is problem solving and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Good attitude, responsible and discipline
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
