- Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
