Job Responsibilities:
1) Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionally and coordination of the department’s activities.

2) Entering information into the computerized database.

3) Coordinating with inter-department on documentation.

4) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

5) Knowledge of shipping documents, and trade orders for the import shipments and liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.

6) Assist in daily operation and answering incoming calls.

7) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
