**About the role**:
You are responsible for driving talent acquisition initiatives and strategies within the company and will work closely with other business units to execute and organise all recruitment activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Propose and implement recruitment and hiring best practices, and attract, develop and retain talent in the company.
- Prepare recruitment advertisements and manage various recruitment platforms/channels such as e-portals, college recruitment, etc.
- Monitor, track and evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
- Screen and conduct interviews using various reliable/effective mediums.
- Regularly maintain and update headcount recruitment status.
- Manage and expand the talent pool database for critical positions.
- Manage the monthly HR Newsletter and circulate it by the set deadline.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and requests, as assigned by the supervisor.

**Key Requirements**
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the Human Resources/Recruitment Agency Field.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
