OVERALL BUSINESS
- Manage Life Planners to drive engagement (i.e. CAC members, MDRTs, Convention Qualifiers)
- Activate, grow and drive productivity of Life Planners
- Collaborate with stakeholders of other departments to increase adoption and Active Agent/ Productivity of Life Planners
- Generate action plan to increase Corporate Solutions leads from Life Planners
- Management of the day to day distribution support and activities for right impact.
- Work effectively with existing and develop new Corporate Solutions producers to maximize ANP and VoNB in Agency channel (including TAKAFUL).
- Become the single point of contact for intermediaries for potential business deal, renewal, upselling, cross-selling and after sales service (including servicing issues, if any)
- Track sales performance and key initiatives and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

PRODUCERS DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION OF KEY INITIATIVES
- Roll-down AIA initiatives to targeted Life Planners - Employees Voluntary Scheme, Vitality
- Collaborate with Client Management Account Managers for VS accounts opening for sales done through Life Planners
- Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments to increase adoption and Active Agent/ Productivity of Life Planners
- Collaborate with Segment Management to plan and execute engagement activities, R&R, campaigns to deepen and foster good relationships with Life Planners
- Deep understanding of servicing issues and ability to appropriately escalate to Client Management
- Manages own performance, does not require close supervision to produce high quality work

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT, COST MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE
- Support and develop his/her co-workers/ teammates (BDE/DOAs) to have capability in the knowledge and skills required for the business growth.
- Ensuring best ROI and all sales activities comply with relevant governance, regulations and ethical standards
- Ensure all sales activities comply to relevant Company's policies and practices on risk identification, management of legal, regulatory and licensing requirements, whilst delivering their best returns.
- Consistently responds quickly and accurately to information requests from internal/external team members
