Responsibilities:
**1. International Students Airport Pick-up**
- To ensure all international students or EC who has sent their airport arrival request are being picked up and successfully cleared from Immigration.
- To ensure all international students & EC received pre-arrival confirmation and are received at airport.
- Upon receiving accommodation request from EC or International Student, coordinate with necessary department to arrange for student’s accommodation.
- Once accommodation arrangement is confirmed, liaise with EC & Students on the availability of accommodation and advise accordingly if requested accommodation is not available.

**2. Renewal Visa Application**:

- Pre-Renewal_
- Lead time analysis of current visa expiry through sending notification & tracking all due renewals.
- Tracking of Renewal Students to ensure timely submission
- To liaise with respective schools (HOP) in requesting supporting letter for not meeting EMGS Renewal criteria
- Verify all renewal list before requesting documents from OAR
- Update and Track renewal students’ status (Graduating, Withdrawn, Deferred, Transferred, Visa Cancelled, MIA, Renewing, etc)
- For student who might be facing renewal issues, ensure the student understand the contents of undertaking letter & sign off
- Key person in charge for requesting Bankdraft for ALL New Applications, Progression & Variation.
- Renewal_
- Entry to EMGS within 48 working hours: Upon confirmation of Payment and complete documents received from student
- Key Person to liaise with for Visa Renewal Applications.
- Hardcopy Submission: 24 Hours working hours from online submission
- Gather supporting document from IOA team, follow-up with EC to get complete and accurate documents, making copies, getting required letters or bank drafts from internal stakeholders.
- Daily checking on STARS to ensure all issues are picked up and resolved.
- Work closely with students/faculty to obtain necessary supporting document required by EMGS/Immigration
- Online Visa Renewal in STARS EMGS and ensure timely and accurate updating in TCMS.

**3. KDN License Related & Student Transfer, Deferment, Withdrawal & Completion**
- Follow SOP to complete all paper work, visa cancellation and system update to complete the request.
- Be the person in charge for withdrawal cases, barring-debarring, auto drop-re-enrollment, deferment, termination type of academic affairs.
- Ensure withdrawal cases are filed and documented accurately.
- Update student withdrawal cases in TCMS-IOS system.
- Ensure student's explanation letter/relevant documentations are attached in the withdrawal form for pre-mature withdrawals.
- Track withdrawal case statuses.
- Prepare and compile student withdrawal reports from time to time.
- Ensure all students exiting the country/taking academic hiatus are provided proper documentation which is integral for KDN audit.
- Main driver for IOAV's KDN documentation compilation.
- Actively participate in monthly International Student tracking meeting. Coordinate & liaise with GLCO, Registry, OAR on International student data compilation & overview.
- Ensure ALL Student Leaving Malaysia must have Exit Memo & Exit Stamp

**4. Update all students in Tacker File & keep copies of all documents within 48 hours of each processing. Coordinate pre-graduation briefing & other related activities in ensuring student understands & provide necessary documentations.**

**5. One Stop Counter**
- Oversee the rotation schedule of One Stop Counter and ensure there is at least 1 person there to attend to any student walk-ins.
- Contribute in the rotation of manning the counter, especially during lunch and prayer break.
- When attending to walk in students, must handle with care, understanding and aim for customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate & guide students through medical checkup process for students who arrived at IO to report themselves.
- Issuance of passport acknowledgement letter (immediate) upon completion of medical checkups & receiving student's passports.
- Handle walk-in student enquiries, assist on student admission.

**6. Student Enrollment**
- Help guide student through enrollment process, post medical, opening Bank account and other welfare
- Prepare personal bond &sStamping
- Liaise with the schools and department pertaining to student absenteeism.

**7. Other Responsibility - Any other duties as when assigned**
- Oversee and manages Visa Application process for Subang Campus.
- Includes gathering Supporting Document verification from IOA team, follow-up with EC to get complete and accurate documents, making copies, getting required letters or Bank Drafts from internal stakeholders.

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder in such as business administration or any related field

2. Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

3. Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
