We are now looking for Customer Care representatives who will be part of the rapid growth of the Lingble Customer Care Team. With us, you will be part of a dynamic team in an exciting high-growth technology company where you will get the chance to develop your career and have many advancement opportunities within Lingble, because at Lingble customer care is at the heart of our culture and operations.

We are recruiting for customer service representatives covering mainly our US time zone shift.

**Requirements**:

- Business level or above in the English language
- Experience with e-commerce
- Enjoy online shopping
- Attentive to details
- Kind, patient, and eager-to-help attitude and personality
- Problem-solving skills
- Multitasking
- Customer service experience
- Experience with HappyFox/Zendesk/Live chat/Magento

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM23.35 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
