Site Technician

**Job Scope**:

- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and processes on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation and setup of manufacturing machinery and systems on-site, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the deployment phase.
- Provide support in maintenance tasks and conduct timely repairs to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime production efficiency.
- Participate in quality control procedures to ensure manufacturing processes meet specified standards and product quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in collaboration with the production team.
- Assist to interface with clients on-site, addressing queries, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols, promoting a secure working environment for all team members.
- Any other duties as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
