_**VERY URGENT**_
- Plays a key role within the team of the organization and so you will be required to contribute significantly to the business strategy and determining budgets and sales targets.
- Within Freight Forwarding you will be responsible for the management of the Export team which will include the monitoring of their performance, planning training appropriate to their needs and the control of the sales and service programs.
- Responsible for the management of client relationships and ensuring that your staff manage any complaints appropriately. Maintaining good customer relationships is vital to the function of the Export department and so monitoring customer feedback is essential to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Depending upon the what the product or service that the company you are employed by deals in, will determine how you will be expected to co-ordinate and review activities and service accounting and record keeping. But, as a general rule, you will be expected to be able to advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure the business runs effectively and efficiently.
- Assessing marketing potential of new and existing sales opportunities and so it is important that you are able to present new opportunities in a clear and analytical manner to senior managers within the organization.
- Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
- Experience of managing people, including monitoring performance and setting targets.

Responsible for day-to-day smooth running of FCL operational activities Manage shipments tendered to the company in a timely manner to achieve profitability. Establish and manage relationships and rapport with all carriers, forwarders, transporters, warehouse operators, etc. Ensure activities carried out are adhering to corporate compliance, global/local policies, and guidelines; Manage and maintain the requirements for export documentation in compliance with CBP and other government agencies Actively engage in shipments problem solving Responsible for the selection and training of team members. Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the teams to ensure optimum team and individual performance;
**Requirement**

Diploma or Bachelor' degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience preferably in Ocean freight forwarding industries

Good knowledge of FCL Ocean freight forwarding in general Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive innovation and change

Able to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines

Good team player

Mandarin-speaking

**Work arrangements**

MON - FRI : 8.30 am - 6.00 pm
SAT : 9.00 am - 11.30 am

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
