**Madinah Group (MG) **is a Premier Agency Leadership Corporation(PALC) affiliate of Prudential Assurance (M) Bhd and Prudential BSN Takaful Bhd. MG consists of 11 managers and 400 consultants working together under one brand name, Madinah Group. We provide consultation mainly on life insurance, investment, education plan, retirement plan, income protection, and general insurance. We have been in the insurance industry with Prudential for the past 19 years and our vision is to be the No. 1 agency force in sales, recruitment, and services for our people and customers. Our mission is to be the place to succeed for all Malaysians in financial services and insurance. Our branch offices are located at Damansara Intan, Kajang, Taiping, Ipoh, Kota Bharu, Kemaman and Kuantan.
**Required Skills**:
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must
- Good IT knowledge, Words Doc and Excel is an added value
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing & Sales will be an advantage
**Job Scope**:
- Sales and Marketing
- Recruiting new team members
- Conduct career talks in universities, colleges, and associations.
- Attend daily training through Zoom platform at 8 am
- Comply with sales target and give full commitment to all company's meetings
**Education**:
- Must have a minimum of 5 credit passes in Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM)
- Preferable with Diploma/Degree/MBA in Banking/ Finance / Marketing
- Working experience in sales and marketing as an added value
**License**:
- Must possess own transport, at least a motorcycle or a driving license
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
