Marketing Admin Officer

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Rockwills Corporation Full time

**Job Description**:

- Provide support on marketing administrative task such as stock taking, process bookings, claims, orders etc.
- Assist Marketing Executives in their daily marketing duties.
- Prepare marketing claims and subsidies report.
- Actively contribute marketing ideas to departmental head.
- Implementing company’s marketing plans and strategies
- Provide marketing support and maintain good rapport with company’s franchisees.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Independent, initiative, and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.
