**Front Desk Operations**
- Phone and correspondence handling.
- Guest and visitor greetings
- Scheduling: Meeting room booking/Transportations arrangement
- Maintaining reception area to be in a good condition

**Admin Operations**

**Office Facilities & Maintenance**
- Overseeing the **maintenance of various office facilities**, including workstations, furniture, elevators, and liaising with external and internal parties for maintenance work
- Managing the maintenance and renewal of **fire extinguishers** for the office.

**Procurement & Internal Purchasing**
- Handling the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to internal purchasing, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies for the office.
- Arrange courier services related to purchasing for export, import, and SIRIM matters.

**Admin IT and Stationery Inventory
- CAMPUS**
- Managing IT and electrical equipment for the administrative department.
- Overseeing equipment like photocopiers, printers, water dispenser.

**Hire Purchase Insurance & Maintenance (Group Insurance)**
- Manage Car insurance directors and company cars + road tax.
- Oversee and work closely with driver to check quarter maintenance for company car.

**Event & Festive decorations**
- Assisting and giving admin support for company festive decorations for the office - managing

**Adhoc Administrative Support**
- Assisting adhoc task from Managers/Directors

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably minimum 1 year working experience in administration or relevant field. - Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Knowledge of office administration and business management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well with others.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Patience and ability to work in stressful situations.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
