**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Act as an individual contributor to our Malaysia office team and admin.
- Collate and maintain up-to-date information related to local labour laws, company admin, and ensure it is available and understandable by managers.
- Ensure all inter-company documentation is maintained and updated.
- Ensure all records are kept up-to-date, including corporate secretary and banking needs.
- Work directly with managers and staff as required in relation to any admin and operations as needed
**Requirements**:
- BA/ BS Degree related to business administration, finance, and communication.
- At least 3+ years of experience in admin and office management (previous experience in a tech startup will be an advantage).
- Professional, flexible and approachable working style.
- Strong English skills both in verbal and written.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent soft skills and ability to adapt to new ideas and cultures.
- Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team. Work under high pressure, result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
