We are looking for a well-organized Admin Executive to provide support to our taxPOD Department.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance, as well as the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

This position involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient HRDC operation of the taxPOD.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter data from various sources into the computer system accurately and efficiently.
- Data verifications against the source documents and reviewing for errors or missing information.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Issue Invoice/Credit notes etc.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from manager.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources into the computer system, ensuring data verification against source documents and reviewing for errors or missing information.
- Retrieve and manage data from databases or electronic files as requested.
- Issue invoices, credit notes, and handle other financial documentation as needed.
- Organize, maintain, and update filing systems and client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and develop administrative systems and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks for the HRDC, including maintaining HRDC databases and staying updated on HRDC laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for improving HRDC processes and participate in HRDC projects and initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
