**DUTIES**

You are being offered the employment as Admin & Operation Executive and your duties, responsibilities and job functions, amongst others, are as follows:

(b) Handling of any ad hoc task as necessary.

(c) Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.

(d) In charge of purchasing of stationery, pantry items & related office stuff.

(e) In charge of company parcel courier service.

(i) To assist the management team to ensure effective and efficient operations.

(j) Such other duties, responsibilities and job functions that may be assigned by the company from time to time by written notice to you.

(k) In charge of our merchant support, liaising with customers, agent, and our business partners.

(l) Responsibility for all database accuracy and keeping it up to date.

(m) In charge of stock balancing, monitoring inventory of company assets.

(n) Work as a team with other departments.

(o) Organizing HR correspondence and preparing management memos, contracts, formal letters to related parties.

(p) Make sure to maintain good relationship with our merchant, customer, agent, agency and our business partners.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
