**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth progress of the project.
- Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Address any technical or construction-related issues that arise during the construction process and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the project's success.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the senior management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Well verse with Gantt Chart/CPM/Microsoft Project/AutoCAD.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
