Project Supervisor/ Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

- Construct project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans.
- Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements and assign personnel accordingly.
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
- Perform technical studies and prepare cost estimation.
- Prepare project schedule, plan and specifications by calculating time requirements.
- Monitor project progress and revise plans accordingly.
- Monitoring worker attendance.
- Arrange general worker and material delivery to site.
- Control project expenditures.
- Prepare project status reports and recommend actions.
- Ad-hoc assigned by HOD / Director
- Meeting with architects and other stakeholders before the project is implemented.

Job Requirements:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in project, Construction and, renovation field is required for this position.
- Required skills: AutoCAD, Ms. Project, Ms. Office, Power Point, Excel.
- Able to travel within branches and project sites at times when required.
- Integrity, Self-Discipline and Responsibility

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheras Selangor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
