Sales Assistant/ Sales Support Coordinator

**工作目的/概述**
- 負責整體日常銷售管理和協調工作。與銷售團隊密切合作,為團隊提供行政支援。
**主要職責/職責:**
- 根據需要為銷售和行銷團隊提供支持
- 回應客戶的回饋並根據要求提供售後支持
- 儲存和排序銷售數據並呈現報告。維護和更新銷售和客戶記錄。
- 準確、及時地處理所有訂單。
- 歸檔重要文件並傳達相關訊息
- 提供樣品和銷售發票的文件。確保所有文件均按正確的歸檔順序排列。
- 與銷售和分銷管道聯絡,確保所有庫存按時交付。
- 檢查分銷管道的庫存狀況。
- 協助所有與銷售相關的活動,以實現公司的銷售目標。
- 協助銷售和行銷團隊進行日常活動。
**其他職位要求:**
- 能夠用英語、馬來語溝通,並懂電腦。
- 積極、熱情的團隊合作者。
- 渴望學習並提出解決問題的能力。
- 擁有駕駛執照並擁有自己的交通工具。
- 必要時願意出差。
- 最好對安全系統產業有一定的了解。
