Job scope:
Sales:

- Co-ordinate on sales activities & shipment, delivery schedule, customers, bankers, shipping company, payment & production
- Attend to sales enquiries, Prepare and submit sales reports, monthly progress reports and etc to superior
- Ensure smooth inter-department co-ordination in the order processing flow, Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department. Maintenance of departmental filing system.
- Assist Finance Department in payment collection
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Shipping:

- Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that are complete and comply with export/import rules and regulations
- Book cargo space and place insurance for shipments in accordance with established company guidelines
- Liaise with port of authorities, customers officers, transport contractors, suppliers and customers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
- Co-ordinate on shipment details and L/C information, production Department on the product ready date and timing in order to arrange for shipment or delivery
- Check L/C validity and ensure L/C compliance with work order and proforma invoice, L/C Bank documentation negotiation
- Compile and maintain records of various export figures, duty paid, insurance claims
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma
- 1 year or 2 year working experience in sales coordinator and shipping role
- Able to start work immediately will be preferred

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
