**Welcome to Kimporo Confinement Centre.** Kimporo is a one-stop postpartum rejuvenation centre located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a team of professionals consisting of doctors, nurses and nutritionists to provide mommy and baby the most comprehensive and evidence-based postnatal care during the confinement period.
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Supervisor for our Confinement Centre. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, delivering excellence service and ensuring a comfortable environment for our guests during their stay.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeeping aides, and laundry personnel.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to housekeeping team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, coordinating orders and deliveries as needed.
- Handle guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping storage areas, equipment rooms, and workspaces.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for housekeeping staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Collaborate with other related departments, especially maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification in any field.
- At least three (3) years related working experience in the cleaning or housekeeping industry and working in confinement center would be an added advantage.
- **Female ONLY** because those who are at our confinement centre are the mothers and their babies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
