**Job Summary**
- To oversee all aspect of leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Responsible for the productivity of the Real Estate department.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Responsible for the effective functioning of the department through the management process of planning, organizing, staffing, executing and innovating.
- Developing and maintaining a database of potential projects & development and existing outlets location with performance to identify, analyze and recommend for rental, to ensure maximum optimization of resources.
- Evaluating the financial suitability of opening an outlet. This will involve preparation of the REAP and Return on Investment Analysis.
- Complete and submit CER for approval for new sites and upgrading projects.
- Monitor lease and sublet expirations by renewing agreements of direct outlets, hostels and Oldtown Berhad Group of properties.
- Effective relationship building with Landlords, mall and complex management, negotiates and conclude tenancies and rental terms of new sites in the best interest of the company.
- Negotiates rental rebate with Landlords for direct outlets.
- Plan and implement control of leasing tasks, landlords’ liaison, tenancy administration, coordinate with D&C Department on renovation works, takeover/ handover of premise, fitting
- out works and ad hoc duties.
- To collate up-to-date market information and monitor market condition, constantly review on current market rental trend and leasing activities in order to develop leasing strategy.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Language required: English & Malay
- Possess own transport & willing to travel.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
