**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Working with HRBP and hiring managers in developing comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the superior from time-to-time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in HRM, Business Admin or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant experience or bachelor degree with 3 years relevant experience.
- Good past experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Possessing relevant experience in O&G industry will be an-added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
