**Job Title**:Recruitment Business Development Manager
- Remote

**Reports to**: Business Development Director

**Job Overview**: The Recruitment Business Development Manager/Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry. They play a critical role in expanding the client base, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:Identify and target new clients, industries, and sectors for recruitment services. Generate leads and establish a pipeline of potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities. Stay updated on changes in labour laws and regulations.
- **Service Offerings**: Promote and tailor recruitment services to meet clients' specific needs, including permanent placement, temporary staffing, executive search, or other specialized services.
- **Proposal and Contract Negotiation**: Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients. Ensure that terms are mutually beneficial and in compliance with company policies.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry. Attend industry events, job fairs, and conferences to expand business connections.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure efficient delivery of staffing solutions and meet client expectations.
- **Performance Metrics**: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue targets, client acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all business development activities and contracts adhere to legal and ethical standards and comply with Malaysia labour laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in recruitment, business development role, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Proven experience in business development and client acquisition within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes, and labour market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel, as needed.

**Salary**: RM2,775.98 - RM11,169.78 per month
