**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- at least 2 years experience as a recruiter or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
