**Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
**Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary documentation.
**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- at least 2 years experience as a recruiter or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
