As a Sales Protégé, you will be immersed in the dynamic world of sales, learning from experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of sales operations. Your role is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Learning and Development**:

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and product knowledge.
- Shadow experienced sales representatives to observe best practices in prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to stay informed and adaptable.
- **Supporting Sales Activities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Accompany senior sales representatives to client meetings and presentations to observe client interactions and gain exposure to client relationship management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Support the maintenance of customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- Learn to utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, proposals, and contracts.
- Support the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track progress against targets, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Learn to use sales automation tools and software to streamline administrative tasks and enhance productivity.
- **Professional Development**:

- Actively seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and take initiative to address skill gaps.
- Engage in self-directed learning, such as reading industry publications, attending relevant workshops or webinars, and pursuing relevant certifications.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth by setting goals, seeking opportunities for advancement, and contributing positively to the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
