**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data and prepare reports to support business development strategies.
- **Support Lead Generation**: Assist in generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing initiatives. Help maintain a database of leads and track progress through the sales pipeline.
- **Participate in Client Meetings**: Shadow senior team members during client meetings to observe client interactions, understand their needs, and contribute ideas for potential solutions.
- **Prepare Proposals and Presentations**: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and pitches. Collaborate with team members to ensure all materials are accurate, compelling, and aligned with client objectives.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts. Attend networking events and conferences to expand the company's network and identify new business opportunities.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the company's business development efforts. Share insights with the team and contribute to ongoing strategy discussions.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. The ability to effectively convey ideas, build relationships, and articulate complex concepts is crucial.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify business opportunities.
- **Team Player**: Must be a collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to learn from others and contribute ideas to team discussions is essential.
- **Self-Motivated**: Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation are key attributes for success in this role. The ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently, and drive projects forward is essential.
- **Adaptability**: Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment. Flexibility to take on new challenges and pivot priorities as needed is critical.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.
- **Networking Skills**: Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts are highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
