Business Development Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify New Opportunities**: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Analyze market trends and competition to develop targeted strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for management review.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand professional network.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- **Other Requirements**: Willingness to travel as needed. Valid driver’s license.
