Business Development Executive

As the Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in regional revenue expansion, lead acquisition, and relationship building. Among the responsibilities are:
- Execute comprehensive strategies for regional revenue expansion and recruitment in East Malaysia, and collaborate with the Head Office and Sales and Marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Developing rapport with key decision makers and influencers in the health and wellness sector in Sabah & Sarawak.
- Devise and implement both online and offline marketing strategies specifically tailored to support overall revenue expansion and recruitment in the East Malaysia.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team, evaluating the ROI of online and offline activities and recommending adjustments based on data-driven insights.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing market.
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on online and offline activities, regional revenue expansion, and recruitment.
- Strong network within the health and wellness industry and an understanding of network marketing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend events and engage with clients.
**Salary**: From RM2,400.00 per month
