Founded in 2002 inspired by the herbal properties of Malaysia native plants to remedy skin conditions and today we have about more than 108 products developed and manufactured for our own brand and contract manufacturing basis. Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Monitor, coordinate, and communicate strategic objectives of the business -Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business -Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise -Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity -Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity -Educate yourself on our entire portfolio of products so as to become a resource of information for both our business and the agency. -Generate B2B sales leads by working closely with the agency presenting information on our company at trade shows and conventions. -Suggest product improvements to our research and development departments based upon client or agency feedback. -Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings. -Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals. -Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials. -Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding; coordinating printing. -Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases. -Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks. -Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualifications: -2+ years of experience in a related role -Customer-oriented attitude -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships -Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems -Capability to negotiate with and influence others -Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment -Possess own transport. Working Hour: -Monday - Friday (09:00 am - 06:00 pm). -Saturday, 2nd & 4th week (09:00 am - 01:00 pm).
