Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and target audience.
- Plan and implement result-driven campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to, social media, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage and optimize the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and others.
- Recruiting & sourcing influencers.
- Create engaging and relevant content to increase brand visibility, grow followers, and foster an active online community.
- Executing influencer campaign by communicating with the influencer on deliverables, posting quality check, posting timeline, and so on.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven min. 1 year of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL / Influencer Specialist, Digital Marketing
- Fluent in English & Malay, both oral and written
- Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or related major
- Experience handling fashion brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of fashion products is preferred
- An ability to think strategically to produce innovative and original ideas
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Able to join ASAP

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
